Bianca Mabute-Louie (she/her) is a doctoral student and graduate research assistant in the Department of Sociology at Rice University. Her research examines how religious socialization shapes the racial consciousness of Asian Americans. Bianca earned her B.A. in Public Policy with a minor in Economics from Mills College, and her M.A. in Asian American Studies from San Francisco State University.
