Abstract
Last year the authors received a $1.5 million grant from Lilly Endowment, Inc., to examine the relationship between faith and work: how people from diverse workplaces and socioeconomic backgrounds integrate religious views and their work. As a member of their advisory board, I asked Elaine and Denise to introduce their research here so readers might be informed and ready to learn from their study. —Mark Roberts
